Claude, from Anthropic, is our default for writing, reasoning and agent work. It's what runs FigTree's own content pipeline, and it's the model we trust most with a client's business logic. For image generation we use the models that do that best, such as Google's Gemini image models. Where a step needs no AI at all, we use plain workflow automation. The model choice is made per task and documented, so you're never locked into one vendor.

How long does a first automation take?

It depends on what we find in discovery: how many systems the workflow touches and how clean their data is. You'll get a timeline in writing with the scope, before any work begins.
